What does it cost to post a deal?

Nothing. Posting a deal on Haggle House is free for buyers. We're funded by the flat monthly subscription dealerships pay for access to the marketplace.

How do I check my deal status or messages?

We use a secure email link instead of a password. When you post a deal, or anytime you click 'Track my deal' and enter your email, we send you a one-time sign-in link. Click it to see your live bids, dealer questions, and deal status. Each link works once and expires; requesting a new one is always free.

What is an all-in out-the-door (OTD) price?

It's the single number you actually pay: vehicle price plus doc fees, taxes, title, and registration. Dealers on Haggle House bid only in OTD terms, so there are no add-ons revealed at signing.

What does 'blind bidding' mean?

Accepted Answer

Buyers see every all-in OTD bid. Dealers never see each other's bids — only whether they are currently winning or losing. Each store submits the best OTD number it's willing to honor, and you compare and choose.

How long does bidding stay open?

Accepted Answer

Each deal runs on a bidding window of 5 days by default. You'll see the countdown on your dashboard, and bids appear as they come in. If it closes without a bid you like, you can renew the listing for another 5 days (and edit the details first), and your bids and Q&A history carry over.

What is Auto-Accept?

Accepted Answer

Set a threshold OTD price and turn Auto-Accept on. If a bid arrives at or below your number, it's accepted automatically and the other bids are declined, so you don't lose a strong offer while you're away.

Do dealers see my name, email, or phone number?

Accepted Answer

No. Dealers see the vehicle you want, your ZIP code, trade-in details, and timeline. Your contact information is shared only after you accept a bid.

Am I obligated to accept a bid?

Accepted Answer

No. You can decline every bid and walk away. Nothing is binding until you and the dealership sign paperwork directly.

What happens after I accept a bid?

Accepted Answer

The deal moves to Bid Accepted and we connect you directly with that dealership to finalize paperwork and delivery. Haggle House is not a party to the sale.

Do you handle powersports and RVs?

Accepted Answer

Yes: cars, trucks, SUVs, plus UTVs, ATVs, motorcycles, RVs, boats, and PWCs. Some powersports deals need in-person coordination depending on state rules.

Do you sell vehicles or arrange financing?

Accepted Answer

No. Haggle House is a technology platform, not a dealer, broker, or lender. All sales, financing, and paperwork happen directly between you and the dealership.

How much is dealer access?

Accepted Answer

Approved dealerships start with 60 days completely free, with no card on file and no payment details collected. At the 60-day mark the account pauses until Haggle House turns paid access on; after that it is a flat $500 per month for unlimited bids, with no per-lead fee, and you can cancel anytime with no contract.

How does verification work?

You apply with your dealership details and dealer license number. We verify your dealership and license, usually within one business day, before your account can submit bids.

How does the local priority window work?

Accepted Answer

Listings go to verified dealerships in the buyer's local area first. Those stores get a 24-hour exclusive window to Take the deal now or bid. After 24 hours the same listing opens to dealerships outside that area.

Can I see what other dealers bid?

Accepted Answer

No. You only see whether your bid is Winning or Losing — never the actual dollar amounts other stores submitted. On any open deal you can either Take the deal now at the buyer's posted OTD, or Place a bid under it.

What happens when a buyer accepts my bid?

Accepted Answer

The buyer's contact details are released only after that dealer's bid is accepted. Once accepted, the deal is handed over so your store can finalize paperwork and delivery.
