Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common pricing questions.

Is the $100 fee refundable?
No — the $100 is a one-time flat fee to post your deal and activate the reverse auction. There are no upsells, no recurring charges, and no percentage of your savings. It's the full cost of using the platform.
What if I don't like any of the bids?
You're never obligated to accept a bid. You can walk away at any time with no penalty. Your $100 fee covers the posting and bidding process either way.
Do dealers see my personal information before I accept a bid?
No. Dealers see your deal details (vehicle, trade, preferences) so they can bid accurately, but your personal contact information is only shared with the dealership whose bid you accept.
Is this available for powersports too?
Powersports support (UTVs, ATVs, motorcycles, RVs, boats, PWC) is coming soon. Right now we're focused on cars, trucks, and SUVs.
